This is the Single Tenor Trombone Neck guard.

The Neck guard has a waterproof non-slip handle and nontoxic wet polyurethane material was used.

Brushed fabric lining was used to prevent scratching of the instrument and to help with the Velcro. 

Only two layers were used so it is slim but the guard provides cushion and a bit of grip.
