The case comfortably fits a standard size bassoon.
The case has supports at the bottom so that the bassoon does not touch the case floor and also supports on the top, leaving the bassoon keys free.
The velcro belt system guaranties that part of the instrument body are safe protected by the upper part hard shell (fiberglass or carbon fiber) and distributes in the lower part of the instrument without having to disassemble the balance and fits two bassoon bocals in the bottom of the case, below the bassoon.
It has a front detachable zipper system to attach the bag for sheet music and accessories and it also has an extra front top pocket to accommodate the case for 2 bassoon bocals (item included).
If you have a bassoon with a bigger bore, we have the which has the same characteristics of model the but a little bigger and was made to fit larger bassoons.
The case has a system that is adaptable for different types of bassoon. The EVA parts and cushions have velcro, so they can be adapted in order to fit most instrument sizes properly.
